This report will explore the topic of Forensic Science Technology. It will first briefly examine what forensic technology is and the importance of forensics in our society. Next, it will trace the history of development of forensics from the first traces of its usage in the 12th century to the present day.

It will then study how limitations to forensics in the past were overcome in milestone developments over the past century. After an exploration of the numerous methodologies and techniques used in modern forensics as well as their respective limitations, this report will then propose a vision for the future of forensics and crime solving in general.



Subsequently, considering the challenges facing this future solution, this paper will attempt to offer a way to deal with these limitations head-on while hopefully revealing a feasible path to the future envisioned.
