Interrogating the Dead: Extracting infromation from the brain

When a person’s heart stops pumping, his brain is technically alive for the next few minutes. During this time, with the right drugs and the right circumstances, the brain’s activity can be extended. (For fresh corpses/at the time of the death) it might be possible to keep the brain functioning and re-enact the crime scene from the victim’s perspective.

There has been research on technology that is able to extract images from the brain by analyzing the changes in the blood flow in the brain. If we manage to preserve the brain before it is technically dead, we are able to reconstruct images from the brain to see what did the victim see before he died.
